Where we ship
We ship worldwide. A small number of countries are excluded because our payment and shipping partners do not support them.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard Shipping arrives in 3 to 9 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Customs processing, weather, peak periods and carrier delays can extend them.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page at https://minorrelics.com/apps/parcelpanel using your order number or tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties or taxes. Where your country charges them on arrival, they are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs authority, not by us. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping cost.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email hello@minorrelics.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it in full.
