These terms govern your use of minorrelics.com and any purchase you make from it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
This store is operated by Wire to Wire Foundry LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 4008 Laramie Street, Suite E, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wire to Wire Foundry LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products
We sell metal cardholder cases. Product images are representative. Because designs are printed and metal finishes vary slightly between production runs, small differences between the image and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.
What we do not sell
We do not sell, promote or endorse tobacco, cannabis or any controlled substance. Our products are card and note holders. Any use beyond that is yours alone.
Pricing and currency
Prices are set in United States dollars. If you view the store in another currency, that figure is an approximate conversion and the amount your bank charges may differ slightly because of exchange rates and card fees. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including after it is confirmed, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The name Minor Relics, our logo, our product photography and the text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Artwork applied to our products is either licensed to us or drawn from the public domain.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape or copy it at scale.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
