We want you to be happy with what you carry. If a piece is not right, we will make it right.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days we are not able to accept a return unless the item is faulty.
Condition
Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Cases that show wear, scratching or marks from use cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email hello@minorrelics.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged or faulty, a photograph. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, as unannounced returns cannot be tracked to your order.
Return shipping costs
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason, including change of mind, the return shipping cost is yours.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to show it. Original shipping charges, where any applied, are not refunded except on faulty items.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases we will not ask you to return the item.
Wrong or missing items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not already left.
Statutory rights
If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right sits alongside the 30 day window above, and nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
